Do you provide candidates for all hospitality roles?

We provide candidates for a wide range of roles in the hospitality sector, whether it be cleaning staff in the Leisure sector or roles within a commercial kitchen we can meet your requirements.

What if I am not satisfied with Lime Bird Recruitment?

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from Lime Bird, please contact us directly and allow us the opportunity to resolve your dissatisfaction with promptness and due diligence.  We have a fully contingent complaints process and professional complaint handler that will take your concerns seriously and treat you fairly, regardless of the nature of the complaint.

Is it only serving offenders and ex-offenders you work with?

No.  We are primarily a recruitment Agency for the Hospitality sector and hire any candidate that can fulfill the requirements of relevant roles.  Working with offenders and ex-offenders is one aspect of our business and helps us to address gaps in recruitment where they are not filled by suitable non-offenders.

Can I employ an agency worker full-time?

Of course! we have candidates seeking both part-time and full-time work, whatever work pattern you are looking for from our agency workers you will find a great deal of flexibility and availability on offer.  Please see our terms of business if you are considering on employing one of our agency workers directly or contact Lime Bird for more information.

What if I am unhappy with an agency worker?

If one of our agency workers are not meeting expectations we strongly encourage you to contact Lime Bird right away.  We directly provide feedback to our agency workers on their performance and working quickly to address shortcomings.  If we are not able to reconcile shortcomings with any individual we will arrange for an adequate replacement.  You reserve the right to request a different agency worker at any time.

Do you work with offenders/ex-offenders with serious offences?

The degree of severity of the offences our staff have committed varies considerably, that said we carefully consider the suitability of the candidate for the role they would be assuming and the environment they would be in.  Being a family run business, it would be unsuitable to have certain offenders within our business and so would not be placed in your own.  We operate with transparency and full disclosure so you can be assured every candidate has had multiple risk assessments carried out. You have the right to decline certain candidates in the basis of their offence should you feel uncomfortable. With that being said we aim for candidates that we feel look to lead a law abiding career and life.

Can you fulfil large contract requirements?

Over the time we have been operational we have built a large portfolio of candidates so would have no issue meeting large recruitment requirements if needed.  We currently operate solely within Kent, however our aim as we continue to expand is to operate on the national level so please contact us directly for more information if some or all of your operations are outside the Kent area.

Is there a discount for larger contracts?

Our services are tailored to our clients, we have no 'one size fits all' package.  Regardless of the size of your business, we are confident we cannot just meet requirements, but exceed them offering at the same time highly competitive prices and great value.  Contact us directly to discuss a pricing structure appropriate for your circumstances.
